Rich is a supply chain and business development executive with 20 years of experience leading global operations and commercial strategy across electronics, media, and aerospace. He specializes in OEM/ODM strategy, cost optimization, and operating model transformation. His work focuses on improving margins, accelerating time-to-market, and building scalable, resilient supply chains.
